    "I am EXTREMELY displeased with the low quality of your product. I set up the mannequin per your instructions. Except for the leg and head, all other parts are very loose and the mannequin falls apart at the slightest touch. (This means both arms and the torso. ) Worse, the cheap, poor materials you used for the base mount is insulting considering you are selling this for $249 USD! I only got one use of the mannequin before it tore itself right off the baseplate! As you can see from the photos, the bar ripped from the white stand and stripped the threads. The bar itself bent. The base is now unusable."
