"After thoroughly researching portable AC units to replace my older unit, I chose this particular unit because of it's compact size and features available. To my surprise, it exceeded all of my expectations. The packaging was excellent and installation a breeze. A lot of power for a residential ac unit
"I like how easy this is to move around the house. Our ac went out but it's just my husband and myself so we are giving this a try to prevent having to buy a new system this season. We are able to move this around from our room at night while we sleep and then after he leaves for work I move it down to our home office. It cools down the room which is the size of a standard bedroom. It's been a little over 2 weeks and it seems to be working well. The noise is minimal and doesn't disturb me while working or on the phone. There was no installation and I haven't had to clean it yet."

Packaging could use improvement
"Just received product. Haven't used it yet but it has a broken caster wheel. Smashed in shipping. The packaging needs to be improved or leave plastic wheels off and install by owner. Nice looking unit. I will post later after running it."

Brief life
"I read some reviews of people claiming there was a 'thunk' , and the equipment stopped working, but I read more positive reviews than negative. It was a decent price and also had a heat function so I purchased it. I've had several portable air conditioners and this one was the quietest. It was putting out great cool air at first and nt nearly as much water output as its competitors. Sadly I ran out for errands in the third day and came home to find it not working. You can hear it making a buzz when it tries to engage the air conditioner but the fan has never turned back on again. I tried everything and finally I'm returning it now for a different model. In the meantime I won't be sleeping due to the heat. So sad."

Easy to move, perfect for a small room!
"I needed an AC I could put in my she shed that I could manage myself. This is a narrow overall lightweight AC that moves easily. The shed is 10 X 12 and is insulated and this cools perfectly; I can keep it at an easy 67 in the florida heat. The vents are wide so super easy to clean, whcih is important with all the pollen and dust in my she shed. The instruction manual was very easy to follow and I'm very happy with the price and result!"

"We got this for our FROG room that doesn't have an AC vent. It cooled the room quickly and quietly. Was fairly simple to set up and control. The remote is nice too because we can control it from across the room."

Extra summer help
"This has been a great addition with the high heat and humidity in the south where we live. We run the extra room AC in our bedroom for a little while before we go to bed so we are only cooling down our bedroom and not the whole house so we can sleep better at night. It definitely helps to ease the wear and tear on our whole house AC and uses way less power. I love that this unit has a built in dehumidifier because a lot of our issues right now are humidity. The remote control is very convenient and if we are going to be out of the house until close to bedtime, we can set the timer for it to turn on early enough to have the room cool when we return."

Does not fit all windows
"Bought this for upstairs. It said it could be installed vertical or horizontal but across the part would not fit in small enough to close window. If you close the shorter option then you had to use a towel to block the rest of the wi Dow. Which is not a kind term solution. Also it needs to be drained often so we had to get inventive to drain this as we have no bathroom on the second floor and the unit is very heavy."
