"NEW- just out of the box, hooked up the speakers and ARC hdmi cable and the unit had no output- ONLY SILENCE! Tested on all modes but still no sound. Called their customer service and got on the phone someone whom I believe is of Indian decent from her home with kids loud voices in the background. She requested a video showing no sound with all input modes and stating that the turn-around time for warranty on a brand new product is six to eight weeks after they receive the unit shipped back to them. Beware purchasing from Pyle because they appear from this exchange as being much less than professional. Warranty means absolutely nothing under these circumstances"
