A must have for traveling lectuers
"Very attractive, easy to set up. A bit heavy to carry around, especially if you ave other things to carry"
— Timothy L. (5/5)
Impressionable
"This item was bought for a make-shift church in our community room where I live. I set this on a folding table and a few pieces of material and made it look like an altar in a church. Everyone was impressed and very happy I did this for them."
— Jim P. (5/5)
the podium was used and I understood that but I did not know it would arrive damaged
"The podium was damaged when it arrived but I was able to repair it so it will be usable"

Better For One Location Use - Not Good for Travel
"The idea of a portable table-top podium is great, and the look and sturdiness of this podium is very good. It would make a good occasional-use podium in one location, perhaps stored in a closet and brought out to one of a few close-by rooms, and I would recommend it for that. I bought it for local speaking engagements when no podium is provided. It works great once I'm there, but for even in-town use it is bulky and heavy. The base folds nicely but the top is one 27"" long piece, so you are forced to use the large delivery box to tote it around, which wasn't designed for that as there are no handles or carton closures. Ideally the top should fold in half, a transport case with both handles and shoulder strap should be made available (for and additional charge), and it should weigh about half as much (10 pounds as opposed to 21). I cut the top in half and put on a piano hinge to reduce the 27"" length to 13. 5"". However, I then had to redesign/improvise on the way the top stays on when assembled as the stop-bar impeded folding it in half. I then picked up a travel case that works fairly well once I added packing foam. It would have been much nicer if I did not have to MacGyver this in order to make it somewhat manageable for transport, and even with all my changes, the 21 pounds is still a problem. Perhaps I am just using this for something it wasn't designed for."

Easy to set up & use. Plus it looks nice
"Packaging was very good and it was very easy to set up. Just unfold the bottom supports & set the top & snug up the supports. No tools required. Save the box & some of the flat styrofoam to carry & store the unit."

Arrived broken
"Arrived too broken to use"

Great portable lectern
"Perfect tabletop lectern that is sturdy enough to support laptop books, or other media for presentations. Portable, but a bit heavy for awoman to carry very far."
— Ronald H. (5/5)
Functional
"There's damage to the corner which is visible when the lecturn is set up which is disappointing. Otherwise it should work for the purpose we intended."
— James L. (4/5)
Poor quality and the podium came damaged.
"I must convey that I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. All of the edges of the podium are marred, pitted and rough. The upright pieces are scratched. Not impressed. I would not purchase a product from this company again or the vendor."
— Annie J. (1/5)
top doesn't match the base
"This tabletop lectern is very heavy and durable; however, the top of the base doesn't align with the bottom. Unfortunately, we needed to use it for an emergency for an event, so we had to use it as it was (lop side). I would have returned it had we not had to use it. The fold down feature is ideal for sto and go."
